OUR

OBJECTIVE

To prevent damage and corrosion to all components of a building.  To make building operations and condo owners aware of potential damage so as to include the information in future projects.  Building assessment reports identify any defects or deficiencies in the building’s envelope.

THE

SOLUTION

Annual field inspections examine existing conditions. It is one of the most important aspects of evaluating a building envelope.   Upon completion of the inspection recommendations, photographs, and work estimates are provided.  A building envelope inspection alerts building operators and management about potential hazards to the public & potential damage to the building.

HOW WE

PROCEED

A technician rappels down all sides of a building giving you visual access to impossible places to reach.  Since inspections take place on rope all areas of issue can be photographed and documented.
