INSPECTION
A field inspection is an examination of existing conditions. It is one of the most important aspects of evaluating a buildings condition. Reserve studies are in essence planning tools designed to anticipate the buildings major repair projects, yet we go a step further and physically inspect a building top to bottom. Upon completion of the inspection you will be provided with recommendations, photographs, and an estimate of repairs. Based on the findings an engineers report and recommendations can also be prepared.
